Last night’s race in the District of Columbia marked the end of primary season in the U.S. But the nomination process is far from over. Next month, the Republican and Democratic parties will host their national conventions in Cleveland and Philadelphia respectively. WYSO’s April Laissle sat down with Dr. Lee Hannah, a professor of political science at Wright State University, to discuss intricacies of the Democratic nominating system, and how this year’s convention could be radically different.
