It's a spooky tradition dating back generations but with coronavirus cases spiking nationwide, will you be celebrating Halloween this year? The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is discouraging traditional trick or treating amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Locally, health departments are putting out guidance in the event that people do go door-to-door on Halloween, as WVXU's Tana Weingartner has reported.

She joins Cincinnati Edition along with Pediatric Associates of Mount Carmel Director and Ohio Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics President-elect Chris Peltier, MD, FAAP.

Listen to Cincinnati Edition live at noon M-F. Audio for this segment will be uploaded after 4 p.m. ET.
