The city of Cincinnati and the Cincinnati Public School District have been at odds for months over how much money should go to the school district from development projects and properties that receive tax abatements.

CPS President Carolyn Jones and City Councilman David Mann join Cincinnati Edition to discuss what is at stake in the tax abatement debate for the city of Cincinnati and for the school district.
