A local landscaper on trial for taking part in an alleged minority contracting fraud scheme takes the stand in his own defense. Hamilton County property owners will see an increase in their taxes in 2019 for the Reds and Bengals stadiums. Republicans in the Kentucky House select their new leaders, including a state representative who signed a secret sexual harassment settlement a year ago. That new GOP leadership fires a staffer who filed a whistleblower suit against Republican members of the General Assembly.
