A Washington D.C. jury found Sandra Parker, of Morrow, Ohio; Laura Steele, of Thomasville, North Carolina; William Isaacs, of Kissimmee, Florida and Connie Meggs, of Dunnellon, Florida guilty of conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding and other felony charges.

The former vice president said Trump's "reckless words endangered my family and everyone at the Capitol that day," in his most forceful rebuke yet of his two-time running mate.

The panel is planning to release its final report and hold a "formal presentation," which could include a hearing, the week of Dec. 19.

Chair Bennie Thompson said members haven't decided how many referrals to issue. "We have not made a decision as to who," he said, "but we have made decisions that criminal referrals will happen."

The House Select Jan. 6 panel will wrap up its investigation on Dec. 31. It's now in a race to issue its final recommendations and findings in the coming weeks.

A federal jury found the Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes and one other defendant guilty of seditious conspiracy in connection with the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.

In an unexpected turn, Ohioan Jessica Watkins took the stand in her own defense this afternoon in the January 6 seditious conspiracy trial in Washington.

The subpoena requires the former president to produce documents by Nov. 4 and to appear for testimony on or about Nov. 14.
