Ohio State Highway Patrol Captain Ron Raines is setting up new regional endangered and missing persons alerts training sessions around Ohio after a delayed Columbus AMBER alert in December.

According to Columbus police, on the night of Dec. 19, Nalah Jackson stole a vehicle from outside a Donato's Pizza restaurant on North High Street near 1st Avenue while 5-month-old twins Kasan and Kyair Thomas were inside the vehicle.

Gahanna police took a report accusing Nalah Jackson, 24, of the behavior at the beginning of November.

The Columbus Division of Police says Kason Thomas was found Thursday in Indianapolis, and kidnapping suspect Nalah Jackson has been arrested.

According to Columbus police, Kason Thomas was abducted outside a Donato's Pizza restaurant on Monday night, along with his twin brother, Kyair, who was found safe at the Dayton airport on Tuesday.

One of the 5-month-old twins was recovered at the Dayton airport Tuesday morning, while the other twin, Kason Thomas, was still reported missing.
