There are two types of chronotypes: larks a.k.a. morning chronotypes and owls a.k.a. evening chronotypes.
How do these chronotypes develop? Can chronotypes change? How difficult is it to change your chronotype?
For a night owl looking to change their chronotype to a lark, or morning chronotype, how can they go about it?
