In the effort to transition to renewable energy across the country, large solar projects—as well as panels on individual homes—are now commonplace. How is this transition being regulated?

Ohio’s Attorney General has filed a lawsuit against Pink Energy, one company that defrauded Ohio solar consumers. What do consumers need to know to stay safe through the transition to renewable energy?
