Future Of Medicaid In Ohio

In June, Ohio settled a lawsuit against the Medicaid managed care organization, Buckeye Health Plan for more than $88 million for defrauding taxpayers.
Despite that settlement, the state is including the company in a contract worth billions of dollars to provide Medicaid services.
