Wellness Wednesday: Dieting and Mental Health, Alzheimer's Disease
A recent study has revealed a correlation between a healthy diet and mental health. A diet emphasizing vegetables, fruit, and whole grains, or the DASH diet, may reduce the risk of depression. We'll look at how this particular diet affects our brains, and how healthy eating can improve our mental health.
