We take a look at the life and legacy of one of the most accomplished physicists of the 20th century, Enrico Fermi. The 1938 Nobel Prize winner’s résumé includes building the world’s first nuclear reactor, and a lead scientist on the Manhattan Project, the top-secret U.S. military program that developed the atom bomb.
