Homelessness in Columbus

Public libraries have been a refuge for the homeless for decades. Now new policies at Columbus Metropolitan libraries restricting food and baggage could change that. We look at how the policy and the library shed light on a larger public health issue as well as strategies for ending homelessness in Columbus.
