Wellness Wednesday: HPV Vaccine, Columbus Food Plan, Arts in Medicine
The HPV vaccine, intended to prevent certain cancers, first hit the market in 2006. Studies show that the vaccine works well. But vaccination rates have been underwhelming. Today we talk about how new dose recommendations could increase the number of people vaccinated. Also, we'll check in with the Columbus Food Action Plan, and the role of art and humanism in Ohio State's School of Medicine.
