Columbus' Smart City Grant
Columbus has won the U.S. Department of Transportation’s “Smart City Challenge” and with it, forty million dollars from the federal government and ninety million in local matching contributions. The city is now positioned to become the blueprint for other mid-sized U.S. cities when it comes to smart transportation.
