Running is a pretty low-tech sport but some are using apps to track their progress.

Last week, a Food and Drug Administration advisory panel voted in support of a so-called women's Viagra drug. The vote was hailed as a step towards equality but others question the drug's safety. Plus, we'll learn about some of the best running apps for smartphones and have a discussion on brain plasticity.

Guests

  • Sarah Mitroff, associate editor of CNET
  • Cindy Pearson, executive director of the National Women's Health Network
  • David Portman, obstetrician and gynecologist at the Ohio State University
  • Clark Elliott, associate professor of artificial intelligence at DePaul University, author of the Ghost in My Brain: How a Concussion Stole my Life and How the New Science of Brain Plasticity Helped Me Get It Back
