Some Ohio State Athletes Back On Campus For Workouts
A large contingent of Ohio State University athletics get back to work on Monday.
Members of the men's and women's basketball team can return to voluntary workouts at the Schottenstein Center today.
Those workouts were put on hold in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, which stalled the school's athletics program.
Coaches for those teams, as well as women's volleyball, men and women's soccer and field hockey all return to work at their respective centers today. Workouts for those teams will start back up next week.
All athletes will be tested for the coronavirus upon their return to campus and all will be subject to daily temperature screens before their workouts.
The football team returned to practice last Monday, but modified COVID-19 plans for the fall season are not yet finalized.
