Nearly 2,000 homes and businesses in Lancaster are without power because of an issue with a substation there.
American Electric Power posted on Twitter around 7 am Monday "We're getting an update soon and will pass the info to you."
AEP says the outage could continue until late Monday afternoon as crews replace equipment. AEP says maintenance staff worked through the evening to replace some equipment.
