Four people from a Cleveland-area family have claimed the second of three million-dollar prizes won in Ohio in the drawing for a $1.6 billion Powerball jackpot.

The Ohio Lottery says the four winners bought their ticket in Cleveland and will split $710,000 after taxes.

The winners are Cleveland residents Delua Brewer, Talisha Jacobs and Jessica Ward-Harvey, and Justin Ward of South Euclid. The lottery says Brewer reported they'll put the money toward paying bills and possibly buying reliable vehicles.

Theirs was one of three tickets sold in Ohio that matched five numbers but missed the Powerball number.

A Toledo man previously claimed his $1 million prize. The third ticket, sold in Centerville, hasn't been claimed.

An East Liverpool man also won $1 million with a ticket bought in West Virginia.
