Authorities in say a fire at an Ohio oil refinery is still burning eight hours after an explosion rocked the plant and broke windows in neighboring homes. Police in Lima say the fire is contained and that plant officials are no longer worried about secondary explosions. They also believe there is no longer a danger to anyone outside the refinery site. No one was hurt and all workers have been accounted for following the blast Saturday morning at the Husky Lima Refinery. The state's Environmental Protection Agency says tests of the air haven't detected anything hazardous so far. Police say the explosion was felt throughout the city and in towns up to 10 miles away.
