Boston Marathon Attacks Lead To Changes At Red, White And Boom
Hundreds of thousands of people will cram into downtown Columbus Wednesday night for the annual Red, White and Boom fireworks display. With those beautiful explosions comes an increased risk to public safety. Concerns are especially high this year after the terrorist attacks at the Boston Marathon.
