Lima Holds High Hopes For State Of The State Speech

Governor John Kasich will deliver his annual State of the State address tonight from Lima. It's a Rust Belt city that, like much of Ohio, saw manufacturing jobs leave and unemployment rise in recent decades. But the local Ford plant has started running at full capacity again, and a local refinery looks to benefit from Ohio's growing oil and gas industry.
