A 14-year-old Columbus boy has been charged with murder. Police say Joseph Reeder was arrested and charged yesterday. They say he fatally shot another male at an apartment complex near the intersection of Interstate 70 and Hamilton Road. Police have not publicly identified the victim in the city's ninth homicide of the year.
