Final Inman Trial Underway In Chillicothe

Testimony is under way in the trial of the third family member charged in the murder of a young Hocking County woman nearly two years ago. William Inman is on trial in Chillicothe for the March 2011 murder of his daughter-in-law Summer Inman. William Inman’s wife Sandra Inman and his son William Inman II have already been convicted and sentenced for their purported roles. Summer Inman was found bound and strangled in an underground septic tank days after she went missing in downtown Logan. Police say Sandra Inman led them to the body as part of a plea deal. William Inman's trial was moved to Chillicothe after a judge ruled it would be impossible for him to get a fair trial in Logan.
