Franklin County Grand Jury Indicts 'Hilltop Creeper'

The man police identify as the 'Hilltop Creeper'  now faces a nine count indictment alleging kidnapping, gross sexual imposition,  and burglary. Franklin County prosecutor Ron O'Brien says the charges against 32  year old Deneen Black stem from a series of similar west side burglaries from December of 2011 to August 10th of this year. "Where there was a burglary in the middle of the night and the victim would find someone in the house or standing over them in their bed."  Says O'Brien. O'Brien says in one case Black allegedly had sexual contact with  a victim after threatening force. If convicted on all charges, Black faces dozens of years behind bars.
