"Joe The Plumber" To Run For Congress In N.W. Ohio

Joe the Plumber has launched his bid for Congress in northwest Ohio, saying Americans deserve leaders from all walks of life. The man whose moniker became a household name during the 2008 presidential race made the announcement Tuesday in Toledo. Samuel "Joe" Wurzelbacher says he's running in Ohio's 9th U.S. House district because he's angry about the economy and the way politicians try to patch problems with duct tape. The 9th district is now represented by long-time incumbent Democrat Marcy Kaptor.
