The current state budget was finalized only three months ago, when lawmakers plugged a deficit by taking back last year's 4.2 percent income tax cut. But with ten months to go before the next spending plan will be written, there are many who are worried about a huge budget hole ahead. Ohio Public Radio's Karen Kasler sat down with two budget experts to hear their ideas about what should be done - and when.
