Late Winter Storm Moves Through Central Ohio

American Electric Power of Columbus says its prepared for a severe winter storm that began moving into Central Ohio at mid-morning Monday. The National Weather Service predicts as much as nine inches of snow could blanket a large area from Urbana to Saint Clairsville. Snowfall is predicted at least through mid-day Tuesday.
