Ohio Budget: Governor Threatens; Higher Ed Braces; GOP Plans

The head of Ohio's system of higher education has released a "worst-case" scenario describing what might happen if state legislators fail to agree on a solution to the latest budget crisis.

That scenario warns that state colleges stand to lose more than 600 million dollars. Meanwhile, the governor is hinting he may ORDER lawmakers to keep working on a budget fix through the holidays. S
