Central Ohio is home to more than 110,000 college students. An estimated two-thirds of them will leave the area after they graduate.
Higher education officials, cities and businesses are working together to try to reverse that trend and stop the so-called "brain drain."
Their efforts are coordinated by Todd Hoffman, president of Boston consulting firm Collegia. They specialize in finding ways to connect 18-to-24-year-old students with the cities where they study. Hoffman tells WOSU's Christina Morgan, students already think Columbus has a lot to offer
