A second legal challenge was filed today against the plan from the governor and Ohio lawmakers to put thousands of electronic slot machines at race tracks.
Earlier this week, the State Supreme Court heard a request to delay the program for more than a year, until Ohio voters have a chance to vote on it. Now, another group of critics filed suit in the high court, claiming the governor and lawmakers never had the authority to okay the plan themselves.
