Split Over Dropping "Retardation" From Agency Name

"Sticks and stones can break my bones, but words can never hurt me." That may be how old saying goes, but some Ohioans say words can hurt. And that's why they're campaigning to drop the phrase "mental retardation" from the titles of government agencies that help people with disabilities. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
