Anti play-to-play law struck down

A fairly new Ohio law, aimed at stopping so-called "pay-to-play politics," has been struck down as unconstitutional by a judge. As statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports, the ruling is not based on the substance of the law but on the way it was passed and paperwork was filed.
