COTA and Union Workers Keep Talking

Unionized workers at the Central Ohio Transit Authority kept working this month after a contract expired at the end of January. Both sides are keeping mum on possible sticking points. But, a labor-management expert says the union's decision to keep the buses rolling could put them in "a leading role" at the bargaining table. W-O-S-U's Tom Borgerding reports.
