Major Winter Storm Rumbles Up East Coast

Washington, D.C. could see two feet of snow this weekend from a historic storm that forecasters say will also bring ice and coastal flooding to the eastern U.S. Here & Now‘s Jeremy Hobson gets the latest from Tom Niziol of The Weather Channel.
