Jessica Mendoza Breaks Barriers In Baseball, Broadcast

Jessica Mendoza has earned a seat at the primetime table. The 2004 Olympic gold winner in softball will anchor ESPN’s Sunday Night Baseball broadcast for the upcoming season.

Mendoza, the first woman analyst on the network’s coverage of the College World Series and Major League Baseball, is ready for the next step. She talks sports journalism and battling sexism with Here & Now’s Lisa Mullins.
