Coming off of a fabulous weekend of performances featuring Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, and a world premiere by Aaron Jay Kernis, you'd think ProMusica Chamber Orchestra would be taking a break this weekend. You would be wrong! A quintet of musicians from ProMusica joins organist Todd Wilson Saturday evening at 5:30 pm for the final Josephinum performance of the season, A Tour of the Baroque. Among the scheduled works are some favorites, Vivaldi's Concerto in D minor, BMV 596, arrange by J.S. Bach, a Handel organ concerto, Albinoni's Adagio for Organ and Strings, and several of the Mozart Church Sonatas.
