Columbus Guitar Society Presents Baroque Gems and Rarities

The next concert being presented by the Columbus Guitar Societyis taking place Saturday evening (Feb. 23).  Karl Wohlwend will perform Italian guitar music from the 17th Century for some "Baroque Gems and Rarities." A versatile and wide-ranging guitarist, Karl Wohlwend currently directs the guitar program at Otterbein University and is on the music faculty at Ohio State University.  He'll be performing music that appears on his latest CD's from nearly a century before Bach's Well-Tempered Clavier. The concert is this Saturday at 8pm at Capital University's Huntington Recital Hall in Bexley.
