Tango Good for Mind and Body

I know it is said that Mozart makes you smarter, but if reports are to be believed, tango may be good for body and soul.

Researchers in Australia now suggest those suffering from stress or depression can greatly benefit from tango lessons. Â I can hear the collective groans of men sitting on couches all over Central Ohio.

If you're like me and not only have two left feet, but keep a spare in the trunk, this may not help you much.  Try watching someone else tango...maybe that will help.  Oh, one other thing...if you can't find anyone else to dance with, it doesn't necessarily take two to tango! Support your local arts organizations in whatever way you can.  It takes all of us! Read The Following U.S. Orchestras Will Not Start the Season (ArtsJournal)
