Chief Justice Thomas Moyer / Corporate Spending in Elections

Chief Justice Thomas Moyer, who led Ohio’s Supreme Court for nearly a quarter of a century, was the nation’s longest-serving active state chief justice when he passed away last week. Remembering Chief Justice Thomas Moyer, with Ohio Supreme Court Justice Judith Ann Lanzinger and The Columbus Dispatch senior editor Joe Hallett. In a controversial decision, Citizens United v.
